Welcome to Moonodo store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), which specializes in the sale of phone cases. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your use of our Store, including all purchases of products, browsing of content, and use of services provided by us. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Store or purchase our products.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Store. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Product Information & Availability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our phone cases, including descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, complete, or current. Minor discrepancies in color, texture, or design may occur due to manufacturing variations or differences in device display settings, and such discrepancies do not constitute a defect. All phone cases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, and refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order on our Store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected phone cases at the listed price, subject to these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email after receiving your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order occurs only when we ship the products and send a shipping confirmation email. All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the Store (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize us to charge the total order amount (including shipping fees and taxes) to your selected payment method. We are not responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred by your payment provider.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the countries/regions specified on the Store. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, unopened, and undamaged phone cases, starting from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact, and must not show any signs of use, scratches, or damage. Customized phone cases (e.g., personalized prints, custom sizes) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact support@moonodo.com within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the defect or error, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return, please contact support@moonodo.com. You are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Note: According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to return non-customized phone cases within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason, as long as the product remains intact. We will not refuse returns on the grounds of "package opened for inspection" if the product is undamaged and all accessories are complete.
Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty for all our phone cases from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, loose edges, defective prints) but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental drops, or modifications. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service with photos of the defect, and we will arrange for a free replacement or refund, without requiring you to return the defective product (at our discretion).
Intellectual Property
All content on our Store, including but not limited to product images, logos, text, designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of our Store or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without our prior written permission. All phone case designs and patterns sold in our Store are either owned by us or used with proper authorization. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
User Responsibilities
When using our Store, you agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) use the Store for any illegal or fraudulent activity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Store; (d) attempt to access any unauthorized areas of the Store; (e) upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (if you create an account) and for all activities conducted under your account.
Limitation of Liability
Our Store and its products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Store or purchase of our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our Store, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Store, violation of these Terms, or any act or omission that causes harm to us or any third party.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer service. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China for resolution.
