All our items are made to order to ensure quality and minimize waste.
As part of our commitment to mindful consumption, your order is custom-made just for you. Production time: 3–5 business days before shipment. Please note that the shipping times listed below are in addition to the production time.
Shipping Times
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during busy periods. If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 5–10 business days beyond the standard estimated delivery time before contacting customer support. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping times depend on your destination:
United States and Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days after dispatch
- Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Shipping Prices
- Standard delivery: $5.95 / Free for orders above $30
- Priority Shipping: $12.95
Tracking
All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
Package Safety & Liability
All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for a resolution. If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered", contact Caseiii. Caseiii may offer a complimentary replacement shipment or refund.
Customs And Import Duties
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are imposed by the customs regulations of the destination country.
Standard Shipping deliveries are handled by your local postal service.
