How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, we’ll shoot you a confirmation email right away! If you don’t spot it in your inbox, just check your spam or junk folder—sometimes it likes to hide out there.

Still nothing? No problem. Just email us at support@moonodo.com and we’ll re-send it for you. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Have you reached out and have not heard back? Kindly check your spam or junk folder as sometimes those pesky filters will catch our emails back to you.

I made a mistake with my order – can I fix it?

No stress mistakes happen! If you’ve selected the wrong phone model, case, or delivery address you can make changes or cancel your order via your order confirmation email within 3 hours of placing your order and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note: custom products can’t be edited, so if your order includes one of those, reach out to us at support@moonodo.com and our team will help. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Have you reached out and have not heard back? How long does it take to make my case?

Each piece is made-to-order, just for you (yep – no waste, no stockpiles). To ensure the utmost quality and satisfaction, each order goes through a meticulous process that includes manufacturing, thorough quality assurance checks, and careful packaging. This process currently takes 2-4 business days.

We never cut corners on quality—no exceptions! We work our hardest to make sure your order arrives in perfect shape, so every now and then, dispatch might take up to 5 days. If your order isn’t shipped within that time, just shoot us a quick message!

Thanks a bunch for your patience! Good stuff (especially the sustainable kind) is totally worth a little extra wait.

My discount code is not working. What can I do?

First, make sure that the item you’re attempting to purchase is not already marked down— if an item is marked down, the code will not be applied to your order at checkout.

If you’re purchasing multiple items and your discount code isn’t working, please make sure that no items in your shopping cart are marked down.

Then, enter the code as you received it (without extra spaces or dashes). Make sure you don’t have another code already applied to your purchase— only one code may be applied per order.

Is there tracking information for my order?

We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services. You should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after five business days since placing your order, contact us.

I want to cancel my order

Within 3 hours of placing your order, you can modify or cancel your order via your order confirmation email. After this time, the order will start being made-to-order and cannot be cancelled.

If you want to cancel your order, contact us and let us know that you'd like to cancel, and don’t forget to mention your order number to speed up the process.

How protective are your cases?

Our cases are made to take on the bumps and oopsies of everyday life.

  • Snap Cases: Slim, sleek, and ideal for light protection.
  • Armoured Cases: Dual-layer tough without the bulk. For the butterfingered among us.

Want the safest bet? Go Armoured or Armoured MagSafe if you love and use this feature.

Do they protect the screen?

Yep! Both styles feature raised edges to keep your screen safe from flat surfaces, helping prevent scratches. But for that extra peace of mind, we always recommend pairing your case with a screen protector too!

What are the cases made of?

Each case is made using our unique 3D printing process that embeds the design into a tough polycarbonate shell. It’s glossy, vibrant, and won't fade.

You can choose gloss or matte.

  • Gloss = punchy colour;
  • Matte = more subdued.
The colour looks different from what I designed. Why?

What you see on screen (RGB) will always look slightly different to what’s printed (CMYK).

Actual colors may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

If you believe the color difference of your product is too severe, please contact us and provide

Allow 5–8% colour variance. If it seems way off, please email support@moonodo.com and provide:

The case is too large / doesn’t fit / wrong size

Review your order and make sure you have ordered the correct product for your model.

If you ordered correctly and received an incorrect case contact us and provide:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Attach a video clearly showcasing how the case fits your phone.
  • A picture of the model number, which is indicated on the inside of the case

This information will help us resolve your problem faster.

The look of the same design varies for different products

The technologies and materials utilized in the production of our cases may vary across different models. As a result, slight variations in shade and color can occur, even within the same design. However, that's not considered to be a defect.

If you believe your product is defective or if you received the wrong design, contact us and provide:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Attach images or video of the faulty product with a clearly visible problem.

This information will help us resolve your problem faster.

I received a defective AirPods case?

Case falls off the device:

Ensure that you have purchased the correct case for your AirPods model.

Case print doesn’t align:

The print on them is printed separately, and the covers are assembled together later on. Due to this reason, the pattern might not always fully align, however, it is not considered to be a defect.

MagSafe & Wireless Charging

Only our Armoured MagSafe cases are designed to work with MagSafe accessories.

Snap and regular Armoured cases do support wireless charging, but they won’t magnetically snap to chargers or accessories.

If there are credit cards between your phone and the charger, wireless charging won’t work.

Are your cases fully covered on all sides?

Our Snap Case has an open top and bottom, so you’ll still get protection on the sides and back, but the edges stay exposed. If you want full-coverage protection, go for our Armoured or MagSafe styles.

Are your cases scratch-proof or shockproof?

Our cases are totally scratch-resistant (but not 100% scratch-proof, okay?). They’re perfect for your daily use—no stress there! But if you run into sharp edges or rough surfaces, they might leave tiny marks (just like any nice, high-quality case would). And don’t worry—normal wear and tear from everyday use totally doesn’t count as a defect!

They’re not fully shockproof either, but hey—they’re built tough enough for all the little “oops” moments life throws at you! Y’know, the accidental drops, slips, or those “uh-oh” split-seconds—they can handle all that everyday stuff. We designed ’em to be just right: stylish, functional, and totally up for whatever your day throws at you.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

United States and Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Note: Shipping time is after production (2–5 business days).

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only support shipping to the United States and Canada. More country addresses will be available in the future.

How much is shipping?

United States and Canada:

  • Standard delivery: $5.95 / Free for orders above $30 ·
  • Priority Shipping: $12.95
My order says delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?

This happens from time to time as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package "delivered" before its arrival or delivered to the wrong location. We recommend checking with your neighbors and the local postal office first. If it's not found within 7 days after marked "delivered", please let us know here.

Why hasn't my tracking link been updated?

Sometimes tracking links don't update daily, and can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry. Your package is still on it’s way to you and should update soon! If you do not see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us here.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs. Express postage fees are non-refundable.

We make every single product just for you, on demand—so each piece is totally one-of-a-kind! This way, we cut down on waste and keep our production mindful, and we hope you’ll shop mindfully too. Just grab the items you really love and need—no unnecessary buys!

How do I start a return?

Easy! Just email us at support@moonodo.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the return instructions.

if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right, so please do send us an email.

I’ve ordered the wrong product

We know it’s a bummer when you order the wrong thing, but no worries at all! We offer returns and exchanges for non-custom products within 30 days. Just email us at support@moonodo.com with your order number and explain the reason for the return, and we’ll send you the return instructions. Also, be sure to check our return policy, as some terms may apply to your product.

What is your return address?

Return instructions will be sent to you via email after you contact us at support@moonodo.com.

Are returns free?

Returns for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong style/size, no longer wanted):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We offer no-questions-asked returns, and our made-to-order production model is solely to reduce waste and promote environmental sustainability.

 

Returns due to our error (defective items, wrong items, shipping mistakes):

Caseiii will cover return shipping costs. We will provide a shipping label or reimburse the reasonable shipping expenses after receiving proof of shipment.

How long does it take to be refunded?

Reimbursement of funds is allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase and usually takes 3-5 business days.

International transactions can sometimes take a bit longer than usual to process. If you've received a confirmation that your order's been refunded but don't see the money in your account after 10 business days - contact us.

Warranty & Care

Do you have a warranty policy?

We’re big on quality — and even bigger on making things right if something slips through.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you, no fuss.

  • Free Returns & Exchanges We offer 30-day returns or exchanges (excluding custom designs). If there’s a fault, we’ll get a replacement to you ASAP.
  • 6-Month Trust Warranty Every purchase is covered by a 6-month warranty for any manufacturing defects. If something’s off, we’ll sort it.
  • 12-Month VIP Trust Warranty Made three or more purchases with us? You’re officially VIP. Enjoy a 12-month extended warranty on all your gear.

Heads up: Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, wear and tear, altered items, third-party purchases, device damage, lost or stolen goods, bulk or promo orders.

Any tips on how best to care for my case?

Your case is tough as nails – but a little extra care will make it last even longer:

  • Just wipe it down with a damp cloth or baby wipe to keep it looking clean and fresh.
  • Skip the harsh cleaning sprays or alcohol-based products – they can damage the design and material.
  • Try to keep it out of direct sunlight for too long, okay? Fading isn’t exactly cute!

A little tender loving care (TLC) is all it takes to keep your case shiny, fresh, and looking like new for ages.
