Return Period

You have 30 days from the day of receiving the package to initiate the return process.

How to Return

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please include clear photos of the product and the issue in your email, along with your order number.

All returns require prior approval from our support team.

Return Policy

We will provide the detailed return address after your return is approved.
We do not accept returns sent collect on delivery (COD).
Please mark your package “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid processing delays.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging (undamaged and complete)
  • In resalable condition

    Shipping Costs

    Returns for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong style/size, no longer wanted):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We offer no-questions-asked returns, and our made-to-order production model is solely to reduce waste and promote environmental sustainability.

    Returns due to our error (defective items, wrong items, shipping mistakes):
    We will cover return shipping costs. We will provide a shipping label or reimburse the reasonable shipping expenses after receiving proof of shipment.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    All our phone cases are made-to-order, produced individually after your order is placed. This production model is designed specifically to reduce waste—by creating products only when ordered, we avoid overproduction, minimize material waste, and contribute to a more sustainable shopping ecosystem. We still offer no-questions-asked returns for your convenience, and we appreciate your support in our effort to shop more mindfully and protect the environment.
